Planned Maintenance Service Agreements
What are Service Agreements?
Planned Maintenance Service agreements are annual agreements entered into by a customer and ourselves. 

For a one time fee, we will clean and check all heating and cooling equipment listed under the agreement and guarantee up to 100% of the labor on a service call, over the 1-year period. 

The agreement also includes up to 15% off of any parts needed for your heating and cooling system. If there is no need for service throughout the year, aside from the preventative maintenance, you will receive a discount on the renewal of your agreement. 

For the customer it's really a win / win / win.
Why is Preventative Maintenance so important?
The constant cycling on and off, the moving parts of the blower, the dirt and contaminants from moving air... Most of us don't realize how much our heating and cooling equipment works. 

Preventative maintenance addresses these issues and much more. We ensure you that your system is running efficiently and much more importantly, that it is operating safely. 

Some annual maintenance will increase the lifespan of your investment while maintaining the product efficiency you paid for to begin with.
How much does a PM Agreement cost?
We know Preventative Maintenance decreases equipment downtime and increases life expectancy. This is why we can offer service agreements at a very reasonable price.

Although we have a price structure for our good, better, best packages, every customer has there own needs, concerns and value towards their heating and cooling equipment.
