Maintenance Tips
- Check filters monthly. Change when needed.
- Keep all combustibles minimum 3 feet from any heating equipment.
- Have all equipment maintained regularly. Yearly is best.
- Keep outdoor air conditioner coils clean. Hose out when needed.
- Make sure outdoor air conditioner is level.
- Change batteries in thermostat yearly.
- Have chimney inspected and cleaned if necessary.
- Have a programmable setback thermostat installed to conserve energy.
